Really? He said “popular R&B” tune, which implies that the patient follows trends. It has nothing to do with their race. YOU’RE the one who automatically assumed it was about race. Who’s the racist now?

It’s pretty fucking obvious that story was written in such a way as to get the reader to imagine the patient as a black person without saying they’re a black person.

A part of me hopes this is real (and that is the real doctor’s name) so he gets fucking fired. This is beyond disgusting.

I googled him, and a snopes article comes up saying this is legit. There’s a link to his vitals.com profile and just about all of his patient reviews are about this article, either cheering him or (rightfully) calling him out as a condescending racist piece of shit.

Fuck I hate people.

Spreading this in the hope he gets fired.

FIRE THIS FUCK. Wow, I sure hope a doctor pauses to pass judgement on me before they fucking take care of me. Obviously there actually is a shortage of quality doctors here.
